Charles Riley
Charles Riley attended Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, earning a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Doctrine in Theology. During his time in Iowa, Charles worked for the Neighborhood Centers, educating the youth on physical and emotional safety. After his undergraduate education, Charles relocated to Kansas City, Kansas, to serve as a probation officer for criminally convicted youth.
He now works as a Juvenile Corrections Training Coordinator for the county’s correctional officers. Charles has always enjoyed working with youth who have found themselves in challenging situations. He mentors them as they find their way back into society. Through his education and experience, Charles understands the gravity of communication and teamwork, which help build a fruitful and safe work environment.
